The Citroen DS3 Cabriolet will be the first convertible car in the French brand’s range since the Citroen C3 Pluriel was discontinued in 2010. Unlike the utilitarian C3 the DS3 is an ultra-modern small car which clearly aims to out-class the market leading Mini Convertible.

We’ve come to agreement here at Convertible Car Magazine that the new limited production run Abarth 695 Maserati Edition is the most desirable small car we’ve ever seen. It ranks above the usual ‘special edition’ fare with a swath of stylish additions and a pretty brutal amount of power for such a small car.

The Daihatsu Copen is to finally end its production run with a 10th Anniversary Edition. The long lived roadster has an enthusiastic following thanks to it’s cheeky personality and fun but frugal handling. The final edition of this convertible car is limited to just 500.

The Daihatsu Copen has always been at the top of our list for value and fun but it has been around for a decade now so we have been keen to know what they will come up with next. The concept released at the Tokyo Motor Show can at least give us some ideas. Named the Daihatsu D-X (pronounced Dee Cross) it is a kind of tiny SUV/Roadster crossover.
