The Ford StreetKa was never sold in large quantities and maintains a level of rarity. Despite its apparent popularity when launched it has never managed to match sales of the Peugeot 206 CC. The Ka is still a good little car. Fun to drive and east to live with. If anything let it down it was a lack of a unique selling point among impressive rivals. It is a good looking convertible, but the StreetKa was also a little too expensive forcing it to compete with the Peugeot 206 with its folding metal roof and the sporty Mazda MX5.

I have had my street ka for two and a half years now and it’s the only car I still love to drive after all this time
What I would like to know is given the short production run and limited numbers produced is it set to be a future classic?
