German tuner Loder1899 have managed to squeeze an extra 40hp out of Aston Martin‘s V8 Vantage by fitting a specially developed exhaust. The heady total of 425hp is achieved by optimizing the shape for least resistance and a stainless steel sport catalytic converter. Loder also claim that their modifications give a sound which has “more substance”. Not a fault we had ever noticed as this is one of the best sounding cars you could imagine.
In addition to the sports exhaust the Loder1899 car unveiled at the Essen Motor Show features a selection of carbon fiber accessories, new 20 inch Vertigo Viginti alloy wheels and a 35mm lowering kit to finish off the look.
