The TVR Tuscan Convertible is a car that is exciting even when standing, nevermind at speed. The interior is one of the most attractive of any car and the clever features that surround the driver all add to the exotic experience. The Tuscan MkII has all the muscle of the original but is a shade more easy to use. Not that it has lost any of its edge, but it is less twitchy and the aerodynamics are improved for better high-speed stability. It would take a lot of courage to find out if it is any faster than the original. TVR closed its factory doors in 2006 and has not produced cars in any number since then.
A TVR Tuscan Targa model was also available with the different roof style.
These are truly great cars.
Massive sence of occasion every drive. Totally original interior design.
More smiles per miles than anything else I’ve driven.
The sound is awesome and totally addictive.
TVR’s are ace.
I’m on my 4th and 5th in a Mk2 Tuscan and a Chimaera.
Cheers,
Tony
I work for a TVR dealership and cannot wait to see these come back through the doors. Don’t get me wrong, I love working on them (and not a lot goes wrong!!!) but it’s that NEW car feel/vibe that is missing. £100k…..should have been that price from the start; more exclusive than Porsches, just as banzai as Ferrari and sexy as hell!
